The South Bay loves to party and as the summer is coming to an end this past Saturday we attended cartoonist Keith Robinson's ( www.makingit.com ) yearly Tiki party in Manhattan Beach complete with bartender, caterer grilling food and karaoki.Last years party was shut down by MBPD early because the neighbors were complaining about the noise but this year Keith (the host) made sure he had a permit so this would not happen again.
