The South Bay In LA real estate is a bit different then most of the the nation including most of SoCal. We have some crazy fun brokers opens. Most SB Realtors have food to get us interested to coming to see their listed property but today we had a GREAT open in Redondo Beach. It had food, margaritas, blackjack, craps and Texas hold-em from the rooftop of one of the new townhomes that are priced at $1,169,000 and up.Sometimes work is hard and sometimes it is a lot of fun.
