In Hermosa there are several Irish bars such as Patrick Malloy's, Hennessey's and FFFF (Fat Face Fenner's Faloon) and many start celbrating St. Paddy's day as soon as they get off work on Friday.
Saturday, March 15th was Hermosa's Annual St. Patrick's Day parade which is a hoot. It is more like a small town parade. Nothing fancy just the local schools, groups, politicians and one X-Mayor of Hermosa [see above photo] are part of the parade.
Sharkeez was not doing any celebrating this St. Paddy's but it suppose to be open in May 2008.
With a bit of luck of the Irish they just might get into one of the Irish Bars
Some people celebrate St. Patrick's Day in different ways...like dying their dogs hair green.
